We have had a blast feeding Camden new vegetables every 2-3 days! He has eaten peas, carrots, sweet potato, and cereal. His favorite is definitely sweet potato. He cries and yells if we don't feed it to him fast enough. We are going to try green beens and fruit next. His mother is not the cleanest when she feeds him. You can tell from these pictures...

Camden loves sucking on his two middle fingers.

Camden recently went to his 4 month check-up at the doctors office. He had to receive his scheduled shots. Diana, the great mother she is, did some research and found an ointment that helps with the pain. We had to wrap his legs before he got his shots. He did great, only cried for a couple seconds!

This is what we see usually in the evening. Camden sleeping on mommy or daddy after watching his usual tv. :)

Grandma Rose came to stay with us for a couple days and Camden loved it! He sure smiled a lot while she was here. Especially when we got to play a prank on her! We all ended up soaking wet; including Camden!

Now that school is over, we get to spend so much time as a family. We usually just hang out around the house and entertain Camden. He is spoiled because he doesn't have much time during the day in which we are not around him.

Two nights ago, I woke up around 3:30 feeling something crawling on me and what felt like something bitting me. I jumped out of bed and turned the lights on; scareing Diana and Camden in the process. We threw off the covers to see if we could find the spider. (I just knew it was a huge man-eating spider). We lifted my pillow and this was under it...

Nothing like a 6 inch centipede crawling on you while you sleep. Diana and I didn't get much that night or last night either.
With my time off, I decided to build Camden some blocks to play with when he gets older. These cost less than $4 to build and they are homemade. Of course, I had to test them out when I got home. Camden (and I) will have so much fun playing with them when he gets older.
Dad wondered if you did not learn in all your years that you should not sleep with creepy crawly things in your bed!
ReplyDeleteCan I just tell you that if I found one of those in my bed, I'd never sleep again??? Seriously, I would FREAK OUT! I'd be in theraphy the rest of my life and then some! But thank goodness you counteracted that horrifying photo with such cute ones of Camden! I miss him! He looks so happy and sweet! Love you guys!
